Weather Changes = Skin Changes (Yes, It's True)

Happy fall!  When entering the change of seasons, you'll probably see some changes in your skin as well.  When it gets colder, skin may become drier - especially if you go from the cold outside to a heated room inside (the heat steals moisture from your skin).  Eyes can get dry, causing you to rub them which can help form fine lines.

Many times, we ignore these signs since (as we say to ourselves), "they're seasonal" or "it will pass".  We are here to help you listen to your inner voice and adapt your skin care routine with tips to address the changing weather.

Even if your skin tends to be on the oil-rich side, that doesn't mean it's not lacking in hydration or moisture.  It's also important that your skin remains nourished.

Mei Zen Skin Care Goji Berry and Argan Cream combines Camellia leaf (lu cha) and Argania to hydrate and nourish skin while helping prevent wrinkling. The unique combination of Lu hui and Xing ren/Apricot also helps to nourish mature skin, and improve skin's firmness making this the ideal moisturizer for tackling seasonal skin changes and signs of aging.

Colder windy weather...not to mention being in centralized heat, can wreak havoc on the eyes. Wind makes eyes water, heated areas make them dry and the delicate skin in the eye area needs extra TLC!

We have bundled together the "eye-care" products: Mei Zen Skin Care Edelweiss for your Eyes targets crows feet and fine lines while preparing the skin for the powerful effects of the Wakame Stem Cell Eye Cream's moisturizing and healing properties. Mei Zen Skin Care Edelweiss for your Eyes also helps treat wrinkling around your lips!

More tips:

EXFOLIATION: Although skin seems dry, exfoliation is still important. Mei Zen Skin Care Hibiscus Bamboo Scrub contains aloe vera and wild geranium to help baby your skin. Though important, you may want to cut down the number of times you exfoliate weekly to one.

TREAT AND MOISTURIZE: It's imperative to keep fighting those signs of aging while helping stimulate collagen and treating age spots. Mei Zen Skin Care Yin Balancing Facial Serum does all of this while nourishing skin cells, healing skin, and sloughing off dead skin cells for a bright, fresh appearance.

So listen to your inner voice and your skin, and adapt your skin care routine for fresh, nourished skin all fall and winter long!
